At TTP Buddy, we strive to deliver reliable appointment alerts and automated booking services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Recurring Subscriptions
- All paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) are one-time, non-recurring purchases that grant 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
- At the end of the 90-day period, continued access requires purchasing a new subscription.
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew, and you are responsible for repurchasing if you wish to maintain access.
Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges once a subscription term has started.
- Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Service Limitations
- Appointment availability is determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) via the official TTP website https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov.
- TTP Buddy cannot guarantee that appointments will be available or successfully booked during your subscription term.
- Lack of appointment availability or booking success is not grounds for a refund or credit.
- Our service is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to technical limitations outside of our control.
Account Deletion
- If you delete your account during an active subscription, your access to paid features will be immediately terminated.
- No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or remaining access.
