Welcome to TTP Buddy. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site.

TTP Buddy helps users find appointment availability for the U.S. government’s Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP), such as Global Entry.

  • Starter Tier: Users may sign up with an email address to receive appointment alerts via email.
  • Pro Tier: Subscribers may receive both email and SMS notifications.
  • Elite Tier: Subscribers gain access to all features, including SMS notifications and auto-booking, which requires securely providing TTP website login credentials.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the Department of Homeland Security, or Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The official TTP website is https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov, and account logins are routed through https://secure.login.gov.

Accounts & Registration

  • Users may register either with an email “magic link” login or via Google OAuth.
  • If using Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • A valid email address is required to create an account, as it is used for login and notifications.

Phone Numbers & SMS Alerts

  • Submitting a phone number is optional and only available to Pro and Elite subscribers who wish to receive SMS alerts.
  • By adding a phone number to your profile, you provide express consent for TTP Buddy to send SMS notifications to that number.
  • Starter tier users cannot submit a phone number, as SMS features are not included in their plan.
  • Standard carrier SMS rates may apply.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by removing your phone number from your profile or canceling your subscription.

Features by Tier

  • Pro subscribers gain access to SMS alerts in addition to email notifications.
  • Elite subscribers may enable auto-booking, which requires submitting their TTP website username and password. These credentials are encrypted when stored and used solely for automated booking on your behalf at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov.
  • Starter tier accounts do not have access to SMS or auto-booking.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate account information.
  • That you are solely responsible for activity under your account.
  • Not to misuse our service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • That you understand TTP Buddy cannot guarantee appointment availability or successful booking.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) are non-recurring purchases that grant 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
  • At the end of the 90-day period, continued access requires purchasing a new subscription.
  • Subscription prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect an already active subscription.
  • No refunds are provided once a subscription term has started, except where required by law.
  • If you delete your account during an active subscription, your access to the paid features will be lost immediately, with no prorated refunds.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

  • You may delete your account at any time in the Settings page.
  • When you delete your account, your account details and associated data are removed from our databases immediately.
  • System logs that may include your data are retained for up to 7 days for operational integrity and then purged.
  • Billing Records in Stripe: If you have made a payment, your billing history remains in Stripe (our payment processor) for record-keeping, tax, audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These records are controlled by Stripe and are not deleted by TTP Buddy upon account deletion.

Security & Credentials

  • Elite subscribers may provide TTP website login credentials solely for automated booking.
  • Credentials are encrypted and never shared with third parties.
  • TTP Buddy is not responsible if CBP suspends, locks, or otherwise limits access to your account at https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov or https://secure.login.gov.
  • Users remain responsible for safeguarding their TTP account credentials outside of TTP Buddy.

Communications

  • All users agree to receive transactional communications such as appointment alerts, login links, account notices, and purchase confirmations.
  • Marketing or promotional emails will only be sent with separate opt-in consent.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but transactional messages are required for service functionality.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or otherwise transfer your account access.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access features outside your tier.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
  • Use the service in a way that harms TTP Buddy systems or users.

Warranty Disclaimer

  • TTP Buddy does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
  • Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
  • Appointment alerts and bookings are provided on a best-effort basis and outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

General & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • TTP Buddy is a private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency.
  • The official TTP site is https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov, with login managed by https://secure.login.gov.
  • Users are solely responsible for their TTP applications, renewals, fees, and compliance with CBP requirements.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TTP Buddy is not responsible for missed appointments, failed bookings, or damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Continued use of TTP Buddy constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any updates posted on this page.
